Educational Program

We are committed to providing a developmental and educational program which caters for each child’s individual needs and interests. Our educational program is delivered through an intentional, play-based pedagogy aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

We encourage children to be responsible for their own learning through choices in experiences, interests and routine. We use conversations, actions and play as the basis for teaching which involves children being partners in teaching by seeking out ideas, opinions, thoughts and questions. We encourage children in promoting their independence and self help skills by assisting within the routine and involving the children in interest based projects to further enhance their knowledge.

Communication

Our childcare centre keeps parents informed through daily updates, regular conversations, learning stories and digital communication platforms. We encourage open and ongoing communication, providing families with insights into their child's development, achievements, activities, and experiences. We encourage parents to contact us anytime if they just simply want to know how their child is going.

Our service is made up of a team of professional educators who are committed to and passionate about early childhood education and care. We create an environment that promotes and enables children’s participation and is welcoming, culturally safe and inclusive for all children and their families.

Our educators take into account children’s learning styles, abilities, interests, linguistic and cultural diversity and family circumstances when planning and implementing learning programs.

They create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, helping children feel comfortable and confident in their daily childcare experience.

Healthy Meals

We provide morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. We cater to children's individual dietary requirements, including allergies, intolerances, cultural preferences, and special dietary needs, ensuring every child receives safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals.

Freshly prepared meals are made by our cook at our service. These comforting meal are full of flavour, nourishing vegetables, and plenty of goodness to help fuel a fun-filled day of learning, play, and discovery. Seeing happy faces around the lunch tables is one of the best parts of our day!
